Vicar General Confirms 215 at Magomero and Urges Active Christian Living

Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of Zomba, Monsignor Bernard Chipole, has conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation on 215 lay faithful at St. Pius X Magomero Parish, urging them to become exemplary and active members of the Church.

During the celebration, Msgr. Chipole encouraged the newly confirmed to deepen their faith and actively participate in the life of the Church. He further urged them to fulfil their Christian obligations and serve as good examples in their communities.

The ceremony brought together Christians from the nine churches that make up Magomero Parish.

The Sacrament of Confirmation strengthens the faithful in their Christian faith and commitment to the mission of the Church, marking an important step in their spiritual journey.

Magomero parish borders Nyungwe and Masanjala Parishes of the Archdiocese of Blantyre, as well as Thondwe and Mayaka Parishes of the Diocese of Zomba.
